Scope of Work
Reports to: Apparel Manager
Availability
- Full-time
- 40 hours per week
Daily Responsibilities
- Operate M&R Auto Presses: 8 Color & 14 Color
- Utilize and interpret job tickets for proper job production
- Set-up and register screens
- Load and Pull product on and off press
- Maintain a clean work station
- Lead Press Operator is responsible for color mixing, job prep review, and has final say on quality control amongst other operators.

Safe, efficient, and quality-driven machine operation.
This Role’s Most Critical Outcomes
- Machine output per shift.
- Follow all quality control operating procedures.
- Meet or exceed daily quotas.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of direct automatic screen press operator experience.
- Well versed in all aspects of apparel production work including but not limited to prepress, screen making, and equipment maintenance
- Functional computer skills required to operate our production software.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in other areas of production, when needed.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning tasks

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
